Due to a transitioning into the new Food Science Laboratory at the University of California at Davis in 2008, Richardson Researches, Inc. will be unable to present our chocolate & confectionery technology classes during the year of 2008. We are, however, happy to announce that we will be holding our gourmet continental chocolates course at the San Francisco Baking Institute October 6 to October 10, 2008.

 

Overview of Courses: Our hands-on courses, attended by hundreds of students throughout the world, have met great success. We carefully limit class size so that we can provide each student with individual attention. 
  • Chocolate Class gives students a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical knowledge of chocolate and chocolate processing.
  • Confectionery Technology provides students with a basic theoretical and practical knowledge of confectionery processes.
  • Gourmet Continental Chocolates - To be held at the SFBI.  Please see separate registration page for this class.
