Richardson Researches, Inc. is pleased to announce the date for the Chocolate Technology course in the Food Science and Technology Department at the University of California at Davis in 2010 will be from July 26th to July 30th 2010.

Overview of Courses: Our hands-on courses, attended by hundreds of students throughout the world, have met great success.

Chocolate Class gives students a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical knowledge of chocolate and chocolate processing.
Confectionery Technology will not be held in 2010.
Gourment Continental Chocolates will not be held in 2010.
