Richardson Researches, Inc. is pleased to announce the date for the Confectionery Technology course in the Food Science and Technology Department at the University of California at Davis in 2011. The class will be held in the new Robert Mondavi Institute from August 1st to August 5th, 2011.

Overview of Courses: Our hands-on courses, attended by hundreds of students throughout the world, have met great success.

Confectionery Technology Class gives students a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical knowledge of some basic confections.
Chocolate Technology will not be held in 2011.
Gourment Continental Chocolates will not be held in 2011.
