Richardson Researches, Inc. is please to announce the resumption of our Chocolate and Confectionery Technology courses in the Food Science and Technology Department at the University of California at Davis in 2009. 

Terry Richardson will be the lead instructor on both courses. Thalia Hohenthal of Guittard Chocolate Company and Peter Dea of Mattson will be co-instructors.

We will not be holding the Gourmet Continental Chocolate class in 2009.
