Richardson Researches, Inc. will be holding classes in Chocolate and Confectionery Technology courses in the Food Science and Technology Department at the University of California at Davis in 2010.

Overview of Courses: Our hands-on courses, attended by hundreds of students throughout the world, have met great success.  
  • Chocolate Class gives students a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical knowledge of chocolate and chocolate processing.
  • Confectionery Technology provides students with a basic theoretical and practical knowledge of confectionery processes.
