Richardson Researches, Inc. wishes to inform people who are interested in learning about the science and technology of chocolate and confectionery manufacturing that we will be holding our seminars at a new location. We will have more information about the exact location sometime in the very near future. We are targeting holding a chocolate technology class sometime in the fall of 2012. Overview of Courses: Our hands-on courses, attended by hundreds of students throughout the world, have met great success.

Chocolate Technology to be scheduled late in 2012.
Confectionery Technology Class gives students a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical knowledge of some basic confections.
Gourment Continental Chocolates will not be held in 2012.
