Terry Richardson


Terry Richardson is a graduate of the London Borough Polytechnic in Confectionery and Chocolate Technology and of the College of South
West Essex in Business Management. He has worked in top technical
and production positions for major companies throughout the Western
World for 52 years. Mr. Richardson has owned his consultancy business
for over 35 years and holds several patents for new products and processes.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (UK). A member of the American Association of Candy Technologists, and the Institute of Food Technologists. He has also published dozens of papers and has made several presentations to both the P.M.C.A. and A.A.C.T.
